Tennis fans will have a unique opportunity to see some of the world’s best players in action at Laver Cup Open Practice Day presented by FICO at San Francisco’s Chase Center on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Carlos Alcaraz, Alexander Zverev, Holger Rune, Casper Ruud, Jakub Mensik and Flavio Cobolli of Team Europe, and Team World’s Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe, Francisco Cerundolo, Alex Michelsen, João Fonseca and Reilly Opelka will be joined by their legendary captains Yannick Noah, Tim Henman, Andre Agassi and Patrick Rafter for final preparations ahead of the Laver Cup competition, which takes place from September 19-21 at Chase Center.*

“Tickets to all five sessions of the Laver Cup are virtually sold out with just a few upper-level seats remaining for Friday and Sunday,” said Laver Cup CEO Steve Zacks.

“Open Practice Day is a fantastic way to expand access to the Laver Cup and welcome more fans – especially kids and families – into the experience. We will be hosting more than 2,000 local children from schools, tennis programs and youth organizations across the Bay Area to enjoy a day that’s both fun and inspiring, as they watch some of the best players in the world up close. In addition, all proceeds from ticket sales will be reinvested in the community through our recently announced Laver Cup Community Legacy Project.”

Laver Cup Open Practice Day presented by FICO will take place from 12-2pm at Chase Center. Team World will kick off the session practicing from 12-1pm, followed by Team Europe from 1-2pm. Fans can expect an electric atmosphere on the iconic Laver Cup black court with spectacular lighting, music, courtside player and captain interviews and an activity-packed Fan Zone in Thrive City. Doors open at 11am.

This special practice session featuring all the players in their final preparations for the competition will combine world-class tennis with impactful community outreach, giving children from local tennis programs and schools in the Greater San Francisco area the opportunity to attend for free.

FICO will build on its philanthropic efforts during the Laver Cup with the ‘FICO Donation Score’ initiative, donating funds to support financial literacy programs in the local area.

“Like tennis, financial literacy thrives on early learning, practice and diligence. The Laver Cup partnership allows us to share that with thousands of Bay Area students,” said Nikhil Behl, President of Software at FICO. “This collaboration is about more than a single event. It’s about building lasting connections between sport, education, and community. FICO is proud to invest in students’ futures with resources that will serve them well beyond the classroom.”
