TICKET SALES

Full Tournament Hospitality Package (includes all 5 sessions): Provides you with access to one of the Laver Cup’s signature hospitality spaces and the same seat for all five sessions of the tournament (over three days): Friday (day & night sessions), Saturday (day & night sessions) and Sunday (day session). Prices range from $5,000 – $30,000 (excluding ticket fees) / $5,287.50 – $31,537.50 (including ticket fees). The number of tickets available at each price level is limited. Prices are subject to change.

Full Tournament Ticket Package (includes all 5 sessions): Package provides the best location within a price level and offers the best value per session compared to Mult-Session Ticket Packages or Single-Session Tickets. Lower level prices range from $1,150 – $3,150 (excluding ticket fees) / $1,360 – $3,660 (including ticket fees). Upper level prices range from $250 – $900 (excluding ticket fees) / $325 – $1,072.50 (including ticket fees). The prices listed on Ticketmaster include all ticket fees. Multi-Session Ticket Package (includes 2 or more sessions): Provides you with the same seat for select sessions of the tournament. A Multi-Session Ticket Package provides the next best location within a price level and offers a better value compared to Single-Session Tickets. Options include (subject to change):

Tickets are available at all price levels while supplies last. The number of tickets available at each price level is limited. Seats marked as grey on the seat map are unavailable for purchase.

The Full Tournament Ticket Package, Multi-Session Ticket Package and Single-Session Ticket limit is six (6) per buyer. The Full Tournament Hospitality Package limit is eight (8) per buyer. Purchase limits are subject to change.

Each attendee, irrespective of age, must have their own ticket to be admitted to Laver Cup 2025.

Accessible seating is available for purchase via Ticketmaster, the official ticketing platform of Chase Center. Accessible seating is available throughout the arena. This includes either WCA (wheelchair accessible), semi-ambulatory, and limited mobility seating, and all tickets can be purchased based on availability. Guests who purchase accessible seating may purchase companion seating as well. In order to search for tickets to Chase Center’s accessible seats, follow the process below:

  • On the Ticketmaster Laver Cup sales page, click on filters
  • Scroll down to the accessibility icon
  • Click on the icon and apply filters
  • From there you will see Row WCA (Wheelchair Accessible) or semi-ambulatory, limited mobility tickets to purchase for you and your companion(s)

Chase Center also offers seats with a detachable armrest, and larger seats without an armrest for guests interested in seats larger than the standard size.

Once a purchase is confirmed, seats may not be relocated or changed.

If you purchase a Full Tournament Hospitality Package, Full Tournament Ticket Package or Multi-Session Ticket Package you will receive a separate ticket for each session. You can transfer tickets by session to your guests.

TICKET MANAGEMENT

All tickets for Laver Cup 2025 will be digital. While you will receive confirmation of your seats at the time of purchase, your tickets will not be available for management until September 1, 2025. You will receive an email once your tickets have been released to your account for management.

If purchased via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform

Full Tournament Ticket Packages and Multi-Session Ticket Packages purchased via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform will be available for management via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform as of September 1, 2025. Once you login to your account, the Account Manager platform allows you to view, transfer and resell your tickets via a desktop computer or mobile phone.

If purchased via the Laver Cup hospitality sales team

All tickets purchased via the Laver Cup hospitality sales team will be available for management via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform as of September 1, 2025. Once you login to your account, the Account Manager platform allows you to view, transfer and resell your tickets via a desktop computer or mobile phone.

An Account Manager account will be created for you using the name and email address you indicated on your order form under the ‘Ticket Delivery Information’ section. Use this same email to login to your account. You may be prompted to reset your password.

If you already have an Account Manager account under the name and email you indicated on your order form under the ‘Ticket Delivery Information’ section, your tickets will be automatically uploaded to your account.

If purchased via Ticketmaster.com

Single-Session Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com will be available for management via the Ticketmaster app as of September 1, 2025. The app allows you to view, transfer and resell your tickets via a mobile phone.

 

If you purchased a ticket to another event in the past via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform, use this same account login to purchase Laver Cup Full Tournament Ticket Packages or Multi-Session Ticket Packages.

If you never purchased a ticket to another event in the past via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform, you will need to create an Account Manager profile to purchase Laver Cup Full Tournament Ticket Packages or Multi-Session Ticket Packages. On Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform, select “Sign In’ at the top right corner, then click on ‘New to Ticketmaster? Sign up’ at the bottom of the window to create an account. Use this same account login to purchase Laver Cup Full Tournament Ticket Packages or Multi-Session Ticket Packages

The Laver Cup encourages you to create an Account Manager profile prior to the ticket on-sale to save time during the purchase process.

When you create your Account Manager profile, use the same email address you have always used for Ticketmaster. The system will recognize your email and may prompt you to reset your password. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to use the same username and password for both Account Manager and Ticketmaster.

On September 1, 2025, your digital tickets to Laver Cup 2025 will be available for management, including the ability to transfer tickets to friends and family and resell your tickets if you are unable to attend, via Ticketmaster’s platforms. Follow the instructions on Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform to manage Full Tournament Ticket Packages and Multi-Session Ticket Packages purchased via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform and all tickets purchased via the Laver Cup hospitality sales team.  Follow the instructions on Ticketmaster’s app to manage Single-Session Tickets.

Laver Cup 2025 tickets may only be resold on Ticketmaster’s official resale platform which gives fans a safe, simple and official way to buy and sell tickets. If you purchased Laver Cup 2025 tickets but can’t make it to the event, you will have the ability to sell your tickets at face value. If you purchased a Full Tournament Hospitality Package, Full Tournament Ticket Package or Multi-Session Ticket Package, you will only be able to resell your tickets individually by session at the single-session price established by the Laver Cup. Rocket Club-Unrivaled and The Ultimate Experience hospitality packages cannot be resold. Resale pricing parameters are subject to change. Resale will be available as of September 1, 2025.

Reselling tickets on any platform other than Ticketmaster is not permitted as per the Laver Cup Terms and Conditions. You will be in breach of these conditions if you advertise your tickets on any other resale sites. Listed tickets on these or other auction sites may be cancelled without refund, and any patrons holding these tickets may be denied admission to the event.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

The Laver Cup consists of five sessions played over three days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). The two teams compete in both singles and doubles matches played to the best of three sets with ad scoring. In the event of split sets, the third set is a 10-point match tiebreaker. Match wins increase in point value each day with 1 point awarded to the winner of each match on Friday, 2 points for each match win on Saturday and 3 points for each match win on Sunday. The first team to 13 points wins the Laver Cup. The tournament schedule is as follows:

Friday, 19 September

Session 1 (DAY) / 1PM

  • Match 1 = Singles
  • Match 2 = Singles

Session 2 (NIGHT) / 7PM

  • Match 3 = Singles
  • Match 4 = Doubles
Saturday, 20 September

Session 3 (DAY) / 1PM

  • Match 5 = Singles
  • Match 6 = Singles

Session 4 (NIGHT) / 7PM

  • Match 7 = Singles
  • Match 8 = Doubles
Sunday, 21 September*

Session 5 (DAY) / 12PM

  • Match 9 = Doubles
  • Match 10 = Singles (if required)
  • Match 11 = Singles (if required)
  • Match 12 = Singles^ (if required)

* The number of matches on Sunday is dependent on the number of points a team needs to win the Laver Cup as per the event rules. If only one match is required to determine a winner, an exhibition match will be played following the trophy ceremony, with the players participating, the number of players, and the playing format at the Laver Cup’s discretion.

^ If the competition is tied after 12 matches, a final overtime doubles match is played to determine the winner.

The players and order of play for each day of the Laver Cup is determined through the exchange of line-up cards by the captains the evening prior, and then posted on the Laver Cup website. The best way to ensure you will see a specific player is to purchase a Full Tournament Package.

The appearance of any specific player is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice.

  • Each team is comprised of six players and led by a team captain who is a legend of the sport.
  • The three highest ranked players from each region, Europe and the World, based on their ATP singles ranking as of the Monday following Roland-Garros, receive an automatic invitation to play the Laver Cup.
  • If a top three ranked player chooses not to participate, the offer is made to another high ranked player, until three players on each team are confirmed.
  • There are three Captain’s Picks per team which can be announced any time before the start of the US Open.
  • If any players are announced prior to Roland Garros, the respective team captain is committing to using a Captain’s Pick on any or all of them if they do not qualify based on ranking.
  • Each team has a maximum of two alternates.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Dedicated entrances for hospitality guests open 90 minutes prior to the start time. Entrances for non-hospitality guests open 60 minutes prior to the start time. The night session opening time may be delayed if the day session runs long.

If you purchased a Full Tournament Ticket Package, Multi-Session Ticket Package or a Single-Session Ticket, you must leave the arena between the day and night sessions even if you have a ticket for both the day and night session. You will be permitted to re-enter the arena 60 minutes prior to the start of the night session. The night session opening time may be delayed if the day session runs long.

If you purchased a Full Tournament Hospitality Package and have a ticket for both the day and night session, you may stay in your respective hospitality area between sessions. At the conclusion of the day session, you must leave your seat and you may proceed to your hospitality area where your night session ticket will be scanned and you will be given a wristband for the night session. You will be permitted to return to your seat and move around the arena concourses 60 minutes prior to the start of the night session. The night session opening time may be delayed if the day session runs long.

Alternatively, at the conclusion of the day session you may leave the arena. If you choose to do so, you may re-enter the arena and your hospitality area 90 minutes prior to the start of the night session. The night session opening time may be delayed if the day session runs long.

Re-entry into the arena is not permitted during a session.

The Laver Cup wants you to enjoy a world class tennis experience while following protocols and safety measures designed with the safety and health of all involved as a paramount concern. You will be required to comply with all such protocols put in place at Chase Center and for the Laver Cup which are subject to change at any time. The Laver Cup may apply and communicate different, or more restrictive, protocols to enter any hospitality area than those which apply to general ticket holders.

Bag Size Limits:

  • The maximum size that a bag can be is 14”L x 6”W x 14”H. This includes ALL bags, purses, totes, fanny packs, diaper bags and medical bags.
  • Bags do not need to be CLEAR. Bags that are clear must also adhere to the size requirements. 

Prohibited Bags:

  • Backpacks are NOT permitted (except for single-compartment drawstring bags and single-compartment fashion “backpack-style” purses_.
  • Bags larger than the 14”L x 6”W x 14”H size limit are prohibited

Allowed Bags:

  • Purses (including fashion backpack purses) and diaper bags, provided they meet the 14”L x 6”W x 14”H size limit.
  • Drawstring bags that have one open compartment
  • Fashion-style bags with one open compartment

Bag Screening:

  • All bags over 4”L x 6”W entering Chase Center are required to be scanned by an x-ray scanner prior to entry.

Bag Check:

  • Oversize or prohibited bags may be checked at one of two bag check locations for a fee of $10. Proceeds generated from bag check will be donated to the Warriors Community Foundation.
  • North Bag Check: located on Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  • South Bag Check: located within the Bike Valet o 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard, near the Seeing spheres sculptures

Guests are encouraged to arrive early and travel light, as you are subject to search prior to entry. The following items are prohibited inside Chase Center:

  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any kind including, but not limited to, pepper spray/mace, flares and fireworks, knives, taser/stun guns
  • Backpacks and hard-sided bags of any kind
  • All bags, including briefcases, purses, luggage and diaper bags, larger than 14”L x 6”W x 14”H
  • Outside food/beverage included bottled water, reusable water bottles, alcohol, cans, battles, flasks, coolers, drugs, illegal substances. Baby food permitted.
  • Non-surgical masks will not be allowed; guests must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
  • Refillable water bottles/cups
  • Pamphlets, product samples
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, chairs
  • Laptops, tablets or other similar electronic devices
  • 2-way radios
  • Cameras: Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses and external flash (professional photography equipment). No lenses over 3” in length. No tripods or monopods, or selfie sticks. Chase Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.
  • Audio/visual recording devices (i.e., GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
  • Drones
  • Signs/flags/banners/posters may not exceed 11” x 17” in size or attached to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic or any other hard material
  • Laster pointers or flashlights
  • Metal objects
  • Any noise making devices (i.e., horns, cow bells, whistles, drums, plastic horns, etc.)
  • Mobile devices are permitted to the extent they are on silent during play and used in accordance with the Laver Cup’s Mobile Device Policy
  • Any other items deemed unacceptable by Arena Management

We encourage you to share your Laver Cup experience, but the use of a mobile device should not disrupt players, coaches or play during the event or interfere with accredited media. You may carry mobile devices, but all volume controls must be set to ‘silent’ or ‘vibrate’ and flash photography should be disabled while play is in progress. Phone calls should be limited to areas away from play and not in any area that may disrupt play.

Photography, video, and audio recording are permitted throughout the event, but content must only be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media) and may not be used for commercial purposes. Photography, video, and audio recording may not disrupt play. No live streaming or shot-by-shot coverage (with or without video) is permitted. All posted signage and instructions from event staff must be observed.

Violation of the above policy may result in your immediate removal from the arena and forfeiture of your ticket without any credit or compensation.

There are no plans for a volunteer program at Laver Cup 2025.

Fans will have the opportunity to see the Laver Cup players in action at the Laver Cup Open Practice Day on Thursday, September 18 from 12-2pm at Chase Center. Featuring spectacular lighting, music and on-court interviews with players and captains, this exciting event offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the players’ practice routines as they prepare for their matches. Team World will kick off the session, practicing from 12-1pm, followed by Team Europe from 1-2pm. Doors open at 11am.
