Former Laver Cup players featured during the second week of Roland-Garros, while one player already confirmed for Laver Cup London 2026 – Alexander Zverev – remains in contention for a maiden Grand Slam title.
The No.2 seed, who will represent Team Europe at The O2 in September, advanced to the semifinals where he will face San Francisco teammate Jakub Mensik on Friday for a place in his fourth Grand Slam final. Zverev was runner up (to Carlos Alcaraz) at Roland-Garros in 2024, and he was also a finalist at the US Open in 2020 and the Australian Open in 2025.
In the other semifinal, Flavio Cobolli – who represented Team Europe at Laver Cup San Francisco 2025 – takes on Matteo Arnaldi.
