The Laver Cup and Genesys® have extended their global sponsorship agreement through the 2026 edition of the event, to be held at The O2 in London from September 25-27.
A global leader in AI-Powered Experience Orchestration, Genesys empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
“We are pleased to continue to build on our partnership with Genesys,” said Laver Cup CEO, Steve Zacks. “Both of our organizations are focused on delivering a superior customer experience.”
The sponsorship will be supported by a global Genesys sports brand campaign, ‘The Next Level of Experience,’ which will feature Laver Cup Team Captains Yannick Noah (Team Europe) and Andre Agassi (Team World). The Genesys campaign is set to launch across broadcast and digital platforms, starting in March 2026.
“In today’s experience-driven economy, differentiation comes from raising the standard,” said Tony Bates, Chairman and CEO of Genesys. “At Genesys, we help organizations orchestrate exceptional experiences at scale through AI-powered innovation. Laver Cup represents the same relentless commitment to excellence — bringing together the world’s best to perform at the highest level. The partnership reflects our shared belief that when you continuously level up, you create lasting impact and competitive advantage.”
Named in honor of Australian tennis legend Rod Laver, the Laver Cup pits six of the best men’s tennis players from Europe against six of their counterparts from the rest of the world. Played on a dramatic black court, the Laver Cup features a high-stakes format that keeps spectators on the edge of their seats across five sessions over three days. Each match win is worth one point on Friday, two points on Saturday, and three points on Sunday.
The three highest ranked players from each region, Europe and the World, based on the ATP singles rankings as of the Monday following Roland-Garros, receive an automatic invitation to play the Laver Cup. If one of these players chooses not to participate, the offer is made to another high-ranked player. Captains Noah and Agassi round out their six-man rosters with three Captain’s Picks each. The full line-up will be announced before the start of the US Open.
World No.1 Carlos Alcaraz (Team Europe) and World No. 9 Taylor Fritz (Team World) are the first players confirmed for Laver Cup 2026.
Full Tournament Hospitality Packages are on sale. Each hospitality package includes the same seat for all five sessions with spectacular views of the court combined with access to one of the Laver Cup’s premium hospitality spaces.
Full Tournament Ticket Packages, including the same seat for all five sessions, will go on sale in February. A variety of Multi-Session Ticket Packages, providing the same seat for two or more sessions, will go on sale in April. Single-Session Tickets, providing a seat for one specific session, will go on sale in May. Tickets will be sold via AXS, the official ticketing partner of The O2.
